ExoticSalsaShoes.com Store PoliciesCANCELLATIONS You must cancel an order before it is shipped to avoid shipping charges and handling fees. Any payments made by credit card will be refunded to your credit card. Custom orders CANNOT be cancelled. If you cancel an order that has already shipped, shipping fees and handling fees will apply. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND: PLEASE TRY ON YOUR SHOES ON A CLEAN, SOFT SURFACE TO PREVENT SOILING OF THE SUEDE SOLES. SHOES WITH SOILED SOLES OR SHOES WHICH HAVE BEEN USED ON A HARD SURFACE CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND, CREDIT NOR EXCHANGE. We guarantee against manufacturer's defects within 30 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the shoes are defective and were purchased from this website, please contact us.
RETURN PERIOD FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND:
Refund: We accept returns of UNWORN MERCHANDISE within 21 days of original ship date for refund. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. No restocking fee. You will receive a full product refund, less shipping and handling. Returns made after 21 days can only be exchanged. Exchange:
You will have 365 days (one full year) from original ship date to do an exchange/gift credit.
UNACCEPTABLE RETURN: - Return requested after 365 days from original ship date.
- Worn shoes or shoes with soiled soles can not be returned. (Please try on your shoes on a clean, soft surface to prevent soiling of the suede soles.)
- Special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS FOR YOUR RETURN FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND:
- Email us to obtain a FREE prepaid return shipping label to use to ship the items back to us. You can also use CONTACT FORM here to request prepaid return label. (Our free return option only applies to orders shipped to the U.S. & placed on or after September 16, 2012.)
- You also need to fill out the Return/Exchange Form which you can download one from HERE. Once you have completely filled out the Return/Exchange Form, please send it back with the merchandise using the prepaid label that we sent you. You can also download Return/Exchange Form here.
- You can give the package to any UPS location or UPS driver. To find a closest UPS location to drop off a package CLICK HERE.
PROCESSING TIME FRAME FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND:
Refund: If you are eligible for a credit card refund, ExoticSalsaShoes.com will issue a refund to your credit card between 5 to 10 days of the determination of your refund status. If you cancel an order, or received an incorrect order, ExoticSalsaShoes.com will issue a refund to your credit card company within 5 to 10 days of notifying ExoticSalsaShoes.com of the cancellation or incorrect shipment. In the case of returns, your refund will be issued (less any applicable restocking and shipping fees) to your credit card company within 5 to 10 days of the ExoticSalsaShoes.com receipt of your returned merchandise in its original condition. Please note that, while ExoticSalsaShoes.com will issue a refund to your credit card account within 5 to 10 days of the determination of your refund status, many credit card companies can take up to 14 days to post the refund to your account and make the funds available to you. Please contact your credit card company or financial institution for more information on their refund policy. Exchange: Once we receive your returns for exchange, your exchange item(s) will be processed and shipped out within 2 to 3 business days. If you like to rush your exchange, please contact us. All exchange requests are subject to availability. By the time your exchange request is received, there is a possibility that the item(s) you requested in exchange may no longer be available. If the item(s) you have requested in exchange for your return are no longer available at the time of processing, a refund will be issued for the returned item(s), and you will be notified via email.

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. Shipping Time Most orders received before 1:00PM PST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 1:00 PM PST will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by ExoticSalsaShoes.com only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Shipping Methods Most of our items are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. You must provide a valid street address for any order we ship via UPS. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. We will charge you $11 fees for incorrect shipping address given. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses. During check out process, you will be given shipping options of UPS Ground, 3 Days Air, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. UPS Next Day Air is only available to the 48 contiguous United States where UPS overnight delivery is available (UPS does not ship to PO Boxes). If your address qualify for Next Day Air, you can expect delivery according to the following schedule: Please allow one extra business day if a holiday falls on or between the order date and expected delivery date. Shipments to US addresses that do not qualify for overnight delivery (for example, if shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or PO Boxes) will be shipped via an alternative shipment method (such as USPS Mail), which can take 3-5 business days or longer, depending on the carrier.
International Shipping Charges For international shipping, the Shipping & Handling varies depending on the destination. Dance Shoes Store automatically calculates shipping charges thru our freight carrier's system, once you complete the shipping information stage, you will know the exact shipping charges. For international shipping (Non-USA address), postage paid covers shipping. Custom's Taxes and Duties may apply for international shipping. It is our customer's responsibility to pay your local's customs taxes. Failing to do so may result in returning your goods to sender or/and being fined your local's customs. In this case, you will be solely held responsible for storage, penalty, return shipping and all related costs occurred.Please check with your country policies for any fees that may occur.
