RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND
You will first need to fill out the return and exchange form that was included with your package. If you no longer have this form you can download one from here. Once you have completely filled out the return and exchange form, please send it back with the merchandise. Refund will be subject to a $15.00 restocking fee per pair. Returns for exchange will not be subject to the handling fee but will be required to pay the shipping fee of $9.00 per pair.
Please return the shoes as new (unworn) within 21 days of receipt with original receipt and place the return/exchange form inside the box with specific instructions and stating the reason for return. Shoes must be returned by insured mail or UPS. SOILED SHOES AND SHOES WITH SOILED SOLES CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND, CREDIT OR EXCHANGE. PLEASE TRY ON YOUR SHOES ON A CLEAN, SOFT SURFACE TO PREVENT SOILING OF THE SUEDE SOLES.SHOES WHICH HAVE BEEN USED ON A HARD SURFACE CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR CREDIT NOR EXCHANGE NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 21 DAYS FROM ORIGINAL SHIP DATE. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges on returns. For your own protection, please insure all returned goods. We cannot give credit for shoes lost in shipment.
