CANCELLATIONS

You must cancel an order before it is shipped to avoid shipping charges and handling fees. Any payments made by credit card will be refunded to your credit card. Custom orders CANNOT be cancelled.
If you cancel an order that has already shipped, shipping fees and handling fees will apply. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND:
PLEASE TRY ON YOUR SHOES ON A CLEAN, SOFT SURFACE TO PREVENT SOILING OF THE SUEDE SOLES. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHOES ARE RETURNED NEW, UNUSED AND WITH ALL ACCESSORES INCLUDED. RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET OUR POLICY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
We guarantee against manufacturer's defects within 30 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the shoes are defective and were purchased from this website, please contact us.


RETURN PERIOD FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND:

Refund/Exchange:
We accept returns of UNWORN MERCHANDISE within 21 days of original ship date for a refund/exchange.
Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. 
Refund will be subject to a $15.00 restocking fee per pair. Shipping charge is not refundable.


UNACCEPTABLE RETURN:
  1. Return requested after 21 days from original ship date.
  2. Worn shoes or shoes with soiled soles can not be returned. (Please try on your shoes on a clean, soft surface to prevent soiling of the suede soles.)
  3. Special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS FOR YOUR RETURN:
  1. You need to fill out the Return/Exchange Form which you can download one from HERE. Once you have completely filled out the Return/Exchange Form, please send it back with the merchandise. You can also download Return/Exchange Form here.
  2. You can send the package back with either UPS or US Postal Service. To find a closest UPS location to drop off a package CLICK HERE.

PROCESSING TIME FRAME FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND:

Refund:
If you are eligible for a credit card refund, ExoticSalsaShoes.com will issue a refund to your credit card between 5 to 10 days of the determination of your refund status. If you cancel an order, or received an incorrect order, ExoticSalsaShoes.com will issue a refund to your credit card company within 5 to 10 days of notifying ExoticSalsaShoes.com of the cancellation or incorrect shipment. In the case of returns, your refund will be issued (less any applicable restocking and shipping fees) to your credit card company within 5 to 10 days of the ExoticSalsaShoes.com receipt of your returned merchandise in its original condition.
Please note that, while ExoticSalsaShoes.com will issue a refund to your credit card account within 5 to 10 days of the determination of your refund status, many credit card companies can take up to 14 days to post the refund to your account and make the funds available to you. Please contact your credit card company or financial institution for more information on their refund policy.
Exchange:
Once we receive your returns for exchange, your exchange item(s) will be processed and shipped out within 2 to 3 business days. If you like to rush your exchange, please contact us.
All exchange requests are subject to availability. By the time your exchange request is received, there is a possibility that the item(s) you requested in exchange may no longer be available. If the item(s) you have requested in exchange for your return are no longer available at the time of processing, a refund will be issued for the returned item(s), and you will be notified via email.
